Samantha Richter

Samantha Richter is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who has spent the past six years supporting autistic individuals through applied behavior analysis across a variety of settings. She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Rutgers University–Newark, where she also had the opportunity to compete as a collegiate soccer player, before completing her master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis at Rowan University.
Samantha believes that while ABA provides the framework for her work, helping people is what truly drives her. She is passionate about creating meaningful experiences, building genuine relationships, and fostering environments where every individual feels welcomed, valued, and empowered to be themselves.
As the Enrichment Program Coordinator at UNWIND, Samantha combines therapeutic principles with creativity and fun to develop engaging programs for autistic tweens and teens. Whether she’s organizing activities, talking about the latest video games, playing endless rounds of UNO, or laughing along as she’s introduced to the newest teen slang, her goal is always the same—to create a safe, inclusive space where meaningful connections can grow.
Outside of work, Samantha enjoys staying active, trying new restaurants, and spending time with family and dogs. Known for her energetic personality and love of making others smile, she brings enthusiasm, compassion, and a sense of humor into everything she does.
