Leslie Ramirez is a Family Support Coordinator at Cope Center for Autism, where she is dedicated to helping families of children with autism and developmental disabilities navigate services, access community resources, and feel supported throughout their journey. She works closely with parents and caregivers to connect them with therapies, state programs, and other supports that promote their child’s growth and well-being.

Leslie earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from William Paterson University and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Kean University. Her professional background includes experience as a daycare teacher, Behavior Technician, and Care Manager, where she spent three years supporting children and families facing behavioral, emotional, and mental health challenges. These experiences have strengthened her commitment to family-centered care and given her a well-rounded understanding of child development and behavioral health.

With a warm, collaborative approach, Leslie is passionate about helping families feel heard, supported, and confident as they navigate autism services and community resources. She is committed to fostering meaningful relationships and ensuring every family has the knowledge, tools, and support needed to help their child reach their fullest potential.
