Unwind Jr. Flow & Connect

Designed for ages 7–10, Unwind Jr. Flow & Connect combines movement, mindfulness, social connection, and hangout time in a supportive, flexible environment. Participants can build confidence, practice social-emotional skills, and connect with peers at their own comfort level.
