Hillary Gutierrez

Hillary Gutierrez is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with experience providing in-home ABA services. She is currently an undergraduate student at Montclair State University, where she is pursuing a degree in Kinesiology. Hillary also holds an Associate Degree in Health Science from GSU. Through her education and experience in ABA, she has developed a passion for supporting individuals and creating positive, meaningful experiences.

Before working as an RBT, Hillary worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant in the Medical-Surgical Unit at Northside Hospital in Georgia. This experience provided her with valuable hands-on experience in a hospital setting and strengthened her ability to provide compassionate care to individuals with a variety of needs. Her background in healthcare and ABA has helped her develop patience, empathy, and strong interpersonal skills.

At Unwind, Hillary especially enjoys connecting with the learners by meeting them where they are and finding common interests that help build genuine relationships. She keeps up with the lingo, watches many of the same shows and enjoys playing games that the learners love. By sharing these interests, Hillary creates opportunities for natural conversation, laughter, and connection while making each learner feel comfortable and understood.

Outside of work and school, Hillary loves to travel solo and create new memories along the way. She enjoys discovering new places, stepping outside of her comfort zone, and embracing new experiences. In her free time, she loves to color, explore different genres of music, and discover lesser-known artists. She is also an avid concertgoer and enjoys experiencing live music whenever she can. Hillary loves finding new ways to experience and appreciate the world around her.
