🌟 Unwind After-School Program Update
Unwind has had a busy and exciting month! Our tweens and teens continue to build friendships, confidence, and independence through fun, structured activities.
💻 Coding & Robotics
We launched our new partnership with The Skool of Code, where students explored animation, beginner coding, and game design. LEGO Robotics also continues to help teens strengthen teamwork and problem-solving skills.
🎨 Arts, Relaxation & Creativity
Participants enjoyed guided art projects, hands-on crafts, and calming stretch breaks to relax and reset after school.
🎉 Fun Fridays
This month’s themes included Stranger Things Freestyle Friday, holiday crafts, STEM challenges, and game tournaments—great opportunities for social connection in a natural, low-pressure setting.
❄️ Winter Preview
December will feature winter crafts, a hot-cocoa bar, gingerbread engineering, and a mini coding lab, plus holiday-themed Fun Fridays.
🧩 Social Skills Focus
Every activity supports communication, flexible thinking, coping skills, and community readiness.
