Unwind Program Details
Unwind provides a safe, welcoming space for tweens and teens to relax and recharge after school. Each day features a variety of structured, instructor-led activities designed to encourage creativity, social connection, and personal growth. Kids have the flexibility to participate in the scheduled activity, enjoy the space with friends, or engage in their favorite hobbies at their own pace. All materials for the day’s activities remain available, even without direct instruction, so teens can explore what interests them most.
Unwind is designed to give teens the balance they need—a place to decompress, connect, and thrive after a busy school day.
Built-In Supports
Visual Schedules & Predictable Routines
Daily activities follow a consistent structure, supported by visual cues and clear transitions
Sensory-Friendly Options
KIds have access to quiet spaces, sensory tools (e.g., fidgets, noise-canceling headphones), and flexible seating.
Flexible Participation
Kids may take breaks, observe before joining, or engage in alternate ways that suit their comfort level.
Trained Staff
All staff are trained in autism-informed practices, including communication strategies, positive behavior supports, and sensory awareness.

Monday-Friday 3:00 pm – 6:30 pm
Additional Information
- Class packages are valid for 60 days.
- Membership packages are valid for 12-week semesters only.
- Membership package cost will be adjusted proportionally based on enrollment date.
- Unused sessions do not roll over.
- All packages are valid for any activity.
Additional Costs
- $25 activity material fee per semester
