Insurance/Fees

For our autism assessments and follow-up services, we accept all New Jersey Medicaid managed plans (Aetna Better Health of New Jersey, Fidelis Care, Horizon NJ Health, UnitedHealthcare Community Plan, Wellpoint). We are also in-network with the following commercial insurance carriers:

• Aetna
• Cigna
• Horizon Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Jersey
• UnitedHealthcare

For appointments where insurance coverage is not available, we accept $500 private pay for an autism assessment and $200 for a follow-up visit.

Forms

Sometimes parents prefer to complete our registration process at home and bring the completed paperwork to our office for the meeting.
