SUMMARY:Flow and Connect - Early Session
DESCRIPTION:A yoga and social play group designed for autistic children ages 7–10 years old. \nThis small-group program combines movement\, social interaction\, predictable routines\, and low-pressure fun in a supportive environment where children can build confidence\, regulation skills\, and peer connections. \nParticipants will enjoy: \nYoga and movement activities \nGames and social play \nSnack and hangout time \nGentle support\, modeling\, and encouragement \nSkills developed include: \n• Movement\, balance\, and coordination \n• Attention and following directions \n• Emotional regulation and peer interaction \nThis is also a wonderful opportunity for participants currently receiving in-home ABA services who would benefit from practicing and generalizing social\, communication\, and regulation skills in a structured community setting with peers. \nABA providers may join participants during sessions to support skill generalization and participation.
